A 3-year full-time program specifically aimed at students who aspire to be chefs and embrace careers in Kitchen Management & Restaurant Entrepreneurship. The B.Sc. Culinary Science program aims at providing fundamental education in kitchen operation, food and beverage operation, management, production and service.
Graduates also gain exposure to industry-specific skills – safe food handling, food presentation and proper use of equipment. Students are also given a good understanding of purchasing, storage and handling of a wide range of food products, along with an understanding of Management Principles of commercial and non-commercial food service operations.

An important part of our education experience is gaining hands-on experience in the industry. After two year of intensive classwork, our 1 year internship program places you in the heart of the job market, in a restaurant, hotel, catering kitchen or other culinary business. With this strong general education foundation at IAER Knowledge Campus, you will also gain critical computer and communication skills that are vital to success no matter what field you enter.
