For date of birth verification and educational record
Class XII (Higher Secondary / ISC / CBSE) Certificate and Marksheet
Certificate and marksheet of the 10+2 examination
Caste / Category Certificate
SC / ST / OBC-A / OBC-B / EWS certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable)

Disability certificate from a recognised medical authority (if applicable)
