On successful completion of the B.Ed. programme, graduates will have developed the following professional competencies and graduate attributes, aligned with the NCTE Curriculum Framework 2015 and the National Education Policy 2020.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of child development, learning theories, and the psychological foundations of education

Apply effective pedagogical strategies for teaching their chosen method subjects at upper primary and secondary levels

Design, deliver, and assess learner-centred lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and abilities

Create inclusive, safe, and stimulating classroom environments that promote active participation and critical thinking

Use ICT tools and digital resources effectively to enhance teaching and learning

Engage critically with curriculum, assessment frameworks, and educational policy in contemporary India

Conduct classroom-based action research to identify problems and improve teaching practice

Demonstrate professional ethics, reflective practice, and a commitment to lifelong learning as an educator
