Darjeeling Universal Campus(DUC), Darjeeling is recognised by National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE) and affiliated to Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University, formerly known as West Bengal University of Teachers’ Training, Education Planning and Administration,for B.Ed Course.
Darjeeling Universal Campus (DUC),Darjeeling is located in Takdah Cantonment, Darjeeling on a sprawling green campus, and spread over acres of land, built with the state-of-the-art infrastructure creating an environment conducive for higher learning and research.
Arrays of events are organized through the year for students to take part and enrich their student life on campus. Students participate in social outreach programs along with sports, festivals and cultural activities and their energies create an ambience of fun, frolic and healthy competition.

Students can also apply online along with online payment through our web portal : – (https://duc.edu.in). Visit the link and click on “Apply Now” and fill up the form and also make the online payment. Note: in case of online payment the prospectus will be send via post.

Students can collect the form & prospectus from the respective Darjeeling Universal Campus and admission offices by making a payment of Rs 600/- by Cash, Cheque, Debit Card, Credit Card or DD in favour of “ Darjeeling Universal Campus”, payable at Darjeeling / Kolkata & submit the filled up application from ( in person or by post ) to the respective DUC Office.

DUC is a place of learning, fun, culture, lore, literature and many such life preaching activities. Studying at the DUC brought an added value to my life. It gave me an opportunity to meet different kind of people and learn a number of things. I have received a great support from faculties & placement office. I am thankful to Training & Placement cell for providing a platform to enhance my skills and an opportunity to showcase them.
I had a wonderfully enriching learning experience in DUC. The faculties are experts in their field and were more than ready to always guide me through everything. They gave me an opportunity to excel in my field and to better my best in what I am doing now as a teacher. Can’t thank all my teachers enough, for their endless efforts for enabling me to take out the Best out of myself and strive through for becoming a good educator myself.
Studying at DUC was an amazing journey. DUC is a platform from where I started my new journey and feel blessed to be a part of College of Education of Darjeeling Universal Campus.
DUC has always believed in helping and guiding its students and it was no different during the internship. Regular classes held at our college to help us with our aptitude and skills were of great help. Our faculties also guided and encouraged us at each step thereby helping me achieve good results.
